Founded in 2005 by Laurie Harbour-Felax, after 18 years of servicing automotive OEMs with benchmarking, operational improvement and strategy, Laurie decided to focus more specifically on the supplier market throughout transportation. This focus was to assist them in facing the multitude of pressures that they would be in front of them with the consolidation of manufacturing in North America due to global pressures and an evolving industry.

Harbour-Felax Group assembled a team of highly skilled consultants and strategic partners that have more than 20 years of real-world experience in all aspects of the automotive and manufacturing communities. We are focused on helping companies become world class through a proven process.

Although our transformation processes work for all companies, our passion is particularly the small- to middle-market customers where we can affect the most change and profitable improvement. We understand the influence on the entire value chain and we want to help companies develop a proactive program that focuses on reducing risk in their operations and those of their suppliers.
